You're chasing for updates
Your team spends too much time following up instead of getting back to work.
Q10 supports your team day to day and manages the systems behind the business, so there is one place to call when something needs attention.
It is rarely one bad support ticket. It is usually a pattern that creates extra work for your team and makes getting help harder than it needs to be.
Your team spends too much time following up instead of getting back to work.
The same issue keeps cropping up, but nobody seems to step back and ask why.
You explain your setup and what happened last time before anyone can start helping.
You are left coordinating the internet provider, phone provider, software vendor and IT support yourself.
When every call is billable, people put off the little things. The buzzing computer, the printer that only works sometimes, patchy Wi-Fi, the small issue everyone has learned to work around. It sits there becoming part of the furniture because nobody wants to create another invoice.
You shouldn't need to diagnose the issue or know which supplier should fix it. Q10 works through the problem and comes back with a practical decision or a clear next step.
Your team can get on with it without worrying about IT. They know what's happening, what's already been done and what happens next, and they can speak to someone when they need to.
Your team reaches people who already know the setup and can get on with solving the problem.
Monitoring, patching, backups, access and documentation continue between calls.
Ageing equipment, new team members, projects and risks are planned before they become urgent.
Tickets and notes are important, but they don't capture everything. If someone mentions something, an issue keeps cropping up, or something just doesn't seem right, we talk about it.
Our managed IT plans include the core cybersecurity protections we believe businesses should have as a baseline. Where more is needed, we build from there.
Q10 manages the environment as a whole and coordinates specialist vendors when they are required.

We keep the switch as simple as 1, 2, 3: understand the current setup, prepare the handover, then stabilise the essentials without unnecessary change.

Yes. Q10 provides Q10 Business Internet and Q10 Voice alongside managed IT and cybersecurity. If those services are already with another provider, we can review the current setup and migrate them to Q10 where it makes sense, giving your business fewer providers to coordinate when an issue crosses the internet, network, phones or IT environment.
Yes. Most businesses rely on accounting, legal, practice management, payroll, ERP or other industry-specific software alongside Microsoft 365. Q10 looks after the computers, network, access and surrounding technology, and works with the software provider when an issue needs their involvement. Changing IT providers does not mean replacing the business applications your team already relies on.
Yes. The handover is planned around access, documentation, vendors and support continuity first. We avoid unnecessary changes while we understand the current setup, then stabilise the important systems, security and backups before moving on to improvements.
Pricing depends mainly on the number of managed computer users and the services included. As a current example, a business with five managed computer users is $1,250 per month on Essentials or $1,500 per month on Advanced, excluding GST. Frontline team members who only need email and mobile or tablet access are priced separately at a lower rate.
