Local and national calls included
Standard local and national calls are unmetered for normal business use, subject to the Q10 Voice fair use policy.
Q10 Voice is a hosted business phone system managed by Q10. We look after the numbers, call routing, users and day-to-day changes, with mobile calling and desk phones where needed.
Q10 operates and manages the hosted phone platform on Q10-managed infrastructure in a Brisbane data centre. Network transit and wholesale carrier services are provided by third parties, but your team deals with Q10.
Standard local and national calls are unmetered for normal business use, subject to the Q10 Voice fair use policy.
Auto attendants, queues, voicemail to email, reporting, call recording and routing can be configured around how the business handles calls.
A mobile softphone is included. Compatible desk phones and headsets can be supplied separately, and Microsoft Teams integration is available as an add-on where suitable.
Q10 provides managed 8x5 support and handles routine system changes and additions during published support hours.
Adding people should not mean replacing the phone system. Q10 Voice is designed to add users, locations, queues and more advanced call routing without forcing the business onto a different platform simply because the team gets larger.
Full pricing, fair use, emergency call information and porting details are set out in the Q10 Voice Critical Information Summary.
The standard Q10 Voice plan is $35 per user per month excluding GST with a 12-month minimum term, unless the Accepted Proposal states otherwise. A minimum recurring communications spend of $350 excluding GST per month applies across eligible Q10 Voice and Q10 Business Internet services. Q10 Voice user fees, standard phone-number hosting and recurring Q10 Business Internet charges count toward the minimum. If eligible recurring charges total less than $350 in a month, the difference is charged as a minimum service charge. Over the standard 12-month term, the recurring communications minimum is $4,200 excluding GST across eligible services. Usage, porting, setup, equipment, project work and other one-off charges do not count toward the minimum and are additional.
Usually, existing numbers can be ported to Q10 Voice, subject to the current provider, account details and number type. Q10 plans the porting process before the old service is changed.

Yes. The hosted phone service depends on electricity, the local network, internet connectivity, the hosted platform and the carrier. Calls to Triple Zero may not be available during some outages or failures, so each site should maintain an alternative way to call emergency services, such as a charged mobile phone.
Your team contacts Q10. We work through whether the fault involves the hosted phone platform, handset, local network, internet connection or carrier and coordinate the next step.
Yes. Multi-site arrangements can be managed within the same Q10 Voice environment, with numbers, users and call routing coordinated across locations.
We can work through the users, numbers, call flow, locations, handsets and connection requirements, then put together the right Q10 Voice setup.
