No. The managed scope is built around what the business actually needs. Q10 can support selected services and still coordinate with existing carriers, software vendors and specialist providers where they remain part of the environment.
Often, yes. Where those services remain with another provider, Q10 can handle the technical coordination and keep the issue moving when we have the access or authority needed to deal with them. If the provider requires the account holder to contact them directly, we can still help with the technical information, testing or changes needed on the Q10-managed side.
Yes. The arrangement can grow as the business changes. Internet, phones, backup, managed print or project work can be added when there is a genuine reason to bring them into the same support relationship.
Yes. Microsoft 365 licensing, user support, configuration, identity controls and backup can form part of the managed service, depending on the selected plan and scope.
Managed Print is coordinated with a specialist partner while Q10 remains involved in the support relationship. That helps avoid printers becoming another disconnected provider your team has to manage separately.
Major changes and projects are normally scoped and quoted separately. The advantage of an ongoing managed relationship is that the project can be planned around an environment Q10 already understands and can continue supporting afterwards.
